This Policy constitutes basic information about the purposes, methods of processing and security of your personal data as a user of the website: (hereinafter referred to as the Site). 1 The controller shall process personal data respecting the following principles:
  • on a legal basis and in accordance with the law (legalism);
  • with integrity and honesty (reliability); 
  • in a manner that is transparent to the data subject (transparency);
  • for specific purposes and not 'for stock' (minimisation);
  • no more than necessary (adequacy);
  • with attention to data accuracy (correctness);
  • no longer than necessary (temporality);
  • ensuring adequate data security (safety).
§3 Objectives, legal basis and scope of data processing.
  1. We will process your data:

    1. for contact purposes in order to reply to your message sent to us directly by e-mail or via a form on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest in responding to you.

    2. for statistical and analytical purposes, as well as for monitoring traffic on the Site using cookies on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest in the proper operation and functioning of the Site and in analysing Site traffic.

      1. The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The operator does not transmit personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's terminal device. With regard to the information on user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit the information resulting from the cookies using a tool:

The Operator does not transmit any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's terminal device.

    1. if you send us an e-mail, we will process the data it contains. The provision of data to us in an e-mail is voluntary. You can ask us to delete this data at any time.

    2. if you use the contact form on our website, we will process your data in the form of your e-mail address and name. The provision of this data is a condition for us to respond to your enquiry. 

    3. other data that the Administrator processes is the IP address and other data stored in cookies, which are used by the Administrator to analyse the use by you and other users of the Website. The processing of data in this respect may be stopped after you have lodged an objection.

§4 Data retention period.
We are unable to determine for how long we will process your personal data. If you have provided us with your data in a form or email for contact purposes then we will process your data until you request the deletion of that data or object to the processing, but also in the event that we consider that we have fulfilled the legitimate interest of the Controller.
§5 User rights.
  1. You have the following rights in relation to the processing of your data: 

    1. access to the content of their data and 

    2. The right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, 

    3. the right to data portability, 

    4. the right to object, 

    5. The right to withdraw your consent to their processing at any time and in any form, unless the processing of your data is carried out for the performance of a contract by the Administrator, for the fulfilment of the Administrator's legal obligations towards state institutions or for the fulfilment of the Administrator's legitimate interests.

§6 Cookies.
  1. Cookies (so-called "cookies") are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on your terminal device, i.e. your computer, laptop or smartphone, depending on which device you use to view the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time they are stored on your terminal device and a unique number. You can decide yourself on the form in which cookies are used - these settings are available in each web browser.

  2. Cookies are primarily for your convenience - their use significantly reduces page load times on subsequent visits.

  3. Features of cookies:

    1. adapt the content of the web pages of the website to the User. They optimise the User's navigation on the website, in particular they allow the website to recognise the device used to view the website and to set its parameters in such a way that navigation is problem-free and optimised to the individual needs of the User.
