Our Villa is a magnificent old building built in 1925, surrounded by 1920s greenery. For decades it housed council flats and the building itself was falling into increasing disrepair. After we bought the building, we started renovations, which we managed to complete at the end of 2014 and thus were able to welcome our first guests.

Why is it worth it?
Deciding to rent the Villa in its entirety, you receive exclusively a fully equipped, modern house located at the foot of the Great Owl (1015 m above sea level). The location of the facility guarantees relaxation in peace and quiet, in harmony with nature, far from the hustle and bustle of big cities. The Villa is also an excellent starting point for mountain trips, whether on foot (there are many trails in the area, and one of them starts just behind our garden - the Red Path named after B. Grabowski) or by car (the nearest tourist attractions are a dozen or so kilometres away).
Equipment
The interior of the house is decorated in a very stylish and modern yet cosy way. On the ground floor you will find a functional, fully equipped kitchen open to the dining and living room and one double room. On the first and second floor you will find a further five rooms. Each of the six spacious rooms has a separate bathroom (2 baths, 4 showers). Some rooms have a living area and a dressing room. We can accommodate a maximum of 12-14 people in the house. The Villa also has a sauna, a wine cellar and a terrace at the back of the house with access to the garden, where the aromatic scent of herbs floats. There is also the possibility to barbecue in the garden or on the terrace, and children have a place to play in our playground. There is also a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, a multi-purpose field and a garden shed with a fire pit. It is also possible to hire bicycles and Nordic Walking equipment.
