An ancient method of making white wine from red grapes. It is characterised by perfectly balanced acidity, a noticeable residual sugar content and a delicate salmon colour.

Thanks to its fruity notes, it goes well with Asian dishes, bryndza cheese or hot apple pie with ice cream.
