Musiak, Niemczańska Vineyard

A sparkling wine with a mild character produced by the traditional method of second fermentation in bottle (a.k.a. the Champagne method) from the Riesling, Chardonnay or Pinot Noir grape. The mouthfeel is immediately refreshing and is due to the combined forces of acidity and carbon dioxide. On tasting, it takes the form of a thick and velvety foam.

Pleasant aromas of green apple, citrus, quince. An excellent wine for breakfast.

It goes perfectly with oysters, prawns, asparagus.
