Our recipe is based on freshly pressed juice from Polish apples, which creates the perfect combination of aroma and taste.
The bubbles in Niemczański Cider are not accidental- are the fruit of the traditional second fermentation method, which takes place in the bottle, creating a delicate and persistent effervescence.
Our cider is crisp and light, ideal for summer evenings.
