Our Villa is a magnificent old building built in 1925, surrounded by 1920s greenery. For decades it housed council flats and the building itself was falling into increasing disrepair. After we bought the building, we started renovations, which we managed to complete at the end of 2014 and thus were able to welcome our first guests.

Why is it worth it?
Deciding to rent the Villa in its entirety, you receive exclusively a fully equipped, modern house located at the foot of the Great Owl (1015 m above sea level). The location of the facility guarantees relaxation in peace and quiet, in harmony with nature, far from the hustle and bustle of big cities. The Villa is also an excellent starting point for mountain trips, whether on foot (there are many trails in the area, and one of them starts just behind our garden - the Red Path named after B. Grabowski) or by car (the nearest tourist attractions are a dozen or so kilometres away).

Wnętrze domu urządzone jest bardzo stylowo i nowocześnie, a zarazem przytulnie. Na parterze znajduje się funkcjonalna, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia otwarta na jadalnię i salon oraz jeden pokój dwuosobowy. Na I i II piętrze znajdą Państwo kolejnych 5 pokoi. Każdy z sześciu przestronnych pokoi posiada osobną łazienkę (2 wanny, 4 prysznice). W niektórych pokojach znajduje się część dzienna oraz garderoba. Optymalnie w domu możemy zakwaterować 11 osób. W Villi znajduje się także sauna, winiarnia oraz taras z tyłu domu z zejściem na ogród, w którym unosi się aromatyczny zapach ziół. Istnieje również możliwość grillowania w ogrodzie lub na tarasie, a dzieci mają miejsce do zabawy na naszym placu zabaw. Na terenie hotelu znajduje się również restauracja, basen zewnętrzny, boisko wielofunkcyjne oraz wiata ogrodowa z paleniskiem. Istnieje również możliwość wypożyczenia rowerów oraz sprzętu do Nordic Walking.
